Registration will be between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Friday 17th October 2008 followed by the boat partner draw and competition briefing. Please note that you must pre-register for this competition. Pre -registration closes 10/1/08.

MEALS

No meals are being provided in the competition cost.

A BBQ lunch will be available on Sunday at a cost of $10 per head.

Note: Once you have registered you will be obliged to pay the entry fee even if you pull out prior to the competition.

As all competitors will be fishing from boats on Sunday will need one boat for every two anglers. Please advise at time of registration if you can bring a boat.

VENUES.

FISH RIVER (ONE SESSION)

Each competitor will fish a Saturday morning beat on the Fish River. Paul Brabham has organized access to a private section of the river as shown below. The owners have asked us to keep vehicle traffic to a minimum so we will be organizing pooling of competitor and controller cars to comply with that request.

LAKE OBERON (ONE BANK SESSION)

On the Saturday afternoon all competitors will fish an afternoon bank session at Oberon Dam.

LAKE LYELL (ONE MORNING AND ONE AFTERNOON BOAT SESSION)

On Sunday all competitors will fish a morning and an afternoon boat session on Lake LYELL.

From time to time the water authority close Lake Lyell to boats but that is not the case at the moment.

lake Lyell t is expected to open to boats at the time of the competition but if its not we will either have bank sessions on Lyell or move the sessions to a bank beats at lake Wallace.

CLOSED WATERS

All competition waters will be closed to all competitors from midnight the 6th October 2008. Any competitor fishing the competition waters or putting a boat on Oberon dam lake Lyell will be disqualified from all session that relates to the water that they breached.

COMPETITION RULES.

FFA competition rules as set out on the website www.flyfishaustralia.com.au will be strictly enforced.

The Disputes committee will be made up of Paul Brabham, Stephen Chatterton and Geoff Naylor and complaints, disputes or matters for consideration by the Disputes committee must be submitted in writing at the same time that the scoring form is submitted.

All score sheets must be handed to Paul Brabham or Stephen Chatterton within 30 minutes of the completion of each session.
